  • Interested in working with young adult women

  • Compassionate

  • Committed

  • Consistent

  • Consistent attendance is essential

  • Be creative and open-minded in problem-solving

  • Prompt and Reliable

  • Keep all communication with and concerning the Young Women Confidential

  • Have a clean criminal history

  • No use of illicit drugs
